Holden Outerwear look book 07/08

Finally some pictures of the coming Holden products are online! As usual when it comes to Holden it´s pure quality and style! For you who don´t are too familiar with Holden (I´ve bought two jackets this season and I did the same last season) it´s stylish and a bit more fitted that say Foursquare.

The fabrics (hemp, twill herringbone etc) are not so common for snowboarding clothes, but they look really good and perform well. The colours are a bit more mellow. Good when you´re on the streets, maybe not as good riding backcountry. But if you match it with some bright colour pants it should be just fine.

As usual you´ll find some jackets and pants in more enviromental friendly fabrics.

So what´s hot for the next season? The beanies look really good. As do the down jackets.
New for next season is that Holden will include some gloves as well.

Holden Look book 07/08

Look good in plaid - Nixon watches

Plaid is doing good. You just change the colours a bit and it seems to work forever. Good examples of the use are last seasons excellent Gravis Royale shoes (for a pic - look here).

Now even snow/sk8/surf-sponsor and watch company Nixon have some models in plaid. They look good and they show you the time.

Quiksilver ads

Some good out door ads from Quiksilver. Maybe you´ve already read all about it on kink.se?

You can see them all here. My favourite is this one. It comes with a surfboard and everything. But isn´t it a bit too close to what Burton did one or two years ago when they handed out seats made of snowboards to shops? Or a bit like what Sportif has done with sk8 decks?

Visvim have lost it...

...maybe just for a while. But anyway. The Twombly is not kick ass nor fresh.

Alife - all over sthlm

Finally you can find Alife shoes in almost every "hip and/or cool" store in sthlm. Some years ago you could get the amazing vans rip offs Alife made (and got sued for) at Sportif.

Now a days you can get the Alife kicks at both Cali and Item and probably some other places as well. Too bad that Alife rtft-shoes has lost some of their original coolness. But they are still good looking!

Bern helmets

Even tough the snow season might be reaching its end you still need a good helmet. Bern makes helmets with some sort of hat like inner. Which lets you decide if you should wear the helmet winter time (with the hat on) or summer time (with the hat off).

These helmets are amongst the best looking we´ve seen so far. Burtons Red helmets are really comfy and everything. But they are just soo ugly! So Bern is a must favourite for the coming (spring/summer) season or at least next winter season.

Westbeach cap

New from Westbeach! This is sort of kick ass. Something like inbetween a beanie and a cap. Ride or cruze in style!

Burton iDiom 07/08

Shelta a store in Göteborg Sweden has just posted some photos of the coming range from iDiom. It looks really good. It might be the best to come from iDiom in two or three years time.

Supreme s/s 07

Boom. That´s the sound when Supreme drops the new line for spring/summer. You can hardly start FireFox without being drowned in pics and info. Some of the stuff (the bags) look really good. Some other stuff looks not so good (the Tyson tee). Even tough it´s still quite hard to actually get the goods. Anyway, here´s some pics.

aNYthing s/s 07

The spring/summer ranges are start dropping. Maybe not yet in stores but there´s a lot of sneak previews out there. aNYthing looks good, as always. They are still going with the strong colours. And I thought prep was dead...

Pictures of all different snowboards for the coming season are dropping on the Internet. Here is the Burton UnInc for the next season. Good looking graphics with nice animals. We´re not sure what the kids in the park will say...

Millencollin open

World famous swedish punk stars Millencollin arranges their annual Millencollin Open. This is the fifth time and the event just grows bigger and better! This year they are even holding a expo called "The swedish skateboardmässa" here you´ll find some of the top skate brands in sweden. Amongst the exhibitors are Sportif and Polygon and mediapartners such as Tacky.

The rock combo Franky Lee will play live. Franky Lee is a Millencollin/Randy spin off. Well worth checking out.
